Claim Submission Procedures

What to do after an accident

In event of an accident/damage to your vehicle, report immediately to Moroor/Najm, to obtain Najm or Moroor report and visit Taqdeer center to evaluate the cost of repair.

Najm or Moroor report is mandatory in order to process your claim.
Once the claim is submitted, you will receive an SMS/Email providing the claim reference number and contact details of the workshop as per your policy coverage.

Things you need to have in hand to submit your car claim

 

For Comprehensive:

If 100% liability on you:

  • - Fill the Claim Form
  • - Get Najm or Moroor Report
  • - Copy of your Registration Card (Istimarah)
  • - Copy of your Driving license
  • - Vehicle damage photos

If 0% liability or shared liability:

  • - Fill the Claim Form
  • - Get Najm / Moroor Report
  • - Copy of your Registration Card (Istimarah)
  • - Copy of your Driving license
  • - Vehicle damage photos
  • - Taqdeer / Repairs Quotations (Other Invoice)

 

For Third party (TPL):

  • - Najm / Moroor Report
  • - Fill Claim Form
  • - Copy of your Registration Card (Istimarah)
  • - Vehicle damage photos
  • - Taqdeer / Repairs Quotations ( Other Invoice )
  • - Copy of the car owner IBAN
